How do the jrCharts work? I remember in JR4 the charts changed based on movement in the last 7,30 or 360 days.The chart movement was noticeable everyday. I imported all the JR4 data to my JR5 site.In my JR5 site,the changes are hardly seen.The strange thing is that the tracks with no chart change are listed top and the tracks showing hot are at the very end of the chart. Hello team, I have a social media website which is created in WordPress. It is much good but not too good. I was purchase the templates for this from sktthemes.net But now I want to decided this website migrate to Jamroom and its servers. Can anyone told me how to do for such a situation.

Moving Jamroom 4

I have downloaded my Jamroom 4 installation to my computer and now uploded the latest Jamroom to the space and domain that was taken up by Jamroom 4. I have created a new database for the new install. My question is, I would like to transfer the data, mp3s, photos etc from Jamroom4 to the new install, what would be the best way of doing this? I can upload the old Jamroom to the same server that the new install is on. Just a little help would be appreciated please.

My server guy wants to program some things utilizing the Jamroom API and has these questions: It looks like the Jamroom API is the Proxima plugin? The documentation on the website states I use the basic auth with key as username and sessionid as password. Where do I get this sessionid? Usually, API documentation has a list of endpoints and parameters, but I don’t see any of this on the website. I would say the best feature by far for the new jr5 is the way we can update the core and modules. i really like that

Resetting Jamroom 5 stats

How do I go about resetting stats on youtube,audio and soundcloud plays? The stats were imported from my JR4 site.I feel they are affecting my music and video charts as those with the highest number of plays(the oldest tracks) are still in the top 10. Any help is welcome.

Old Jamroom 4 license

Brian, I bought a license from you in 2009 (long time I know) I was operating as musicfinity.net and now wish to start again using the old license, I was on 4.2.7 when I left and had alot of extras. I was with JB Servers.net, but see you now recommend arvixe. Can i contact you soonest by email so we can go through what I can do. I had the full professional license, but thought you could verify and help out.
